The Siddhi [mastery] process over this Vashikaran Mantrais thus- On the auspicious day of Diwali, Holi or any Sunday the Sadhak, without any clothes on his body [nude] has to cut a Red Castor Oil Plant or a branch of that plant with a single stroke of his hand. Then he has to burn that plant to ash. The entire procedure has to be done while chanting this mantra all the time; from start to finish.

Then to use it, the ash if put on the head of a women after chanting this mantra 21 times will put that particular woman under the spell of attraction of the Sadhak for ever.
