This is a very easy Project
what you need is
Wooden Recipe Box you can find them at Craft Stores like Micheals etc
a Wood Burner you find them at home depot or Lowes or Craft stores
for a simple wood burning, you will need a wood burner, a tip (preferably a multi-tip for beginners), a piece of wood that you want to engrave/burn, and a safe surface to set the burner down on while cooling. like a piece of wood or Tile etc
Pencil
sand paper 150- 180 grit
graphite transfer paper
a Celtic Pattern here are a few examples
or choose any Design you want
Simply Draw your Design on the Graphite Paper then put over your wood Box and Wood Burn
Sand when Done and use a Rag with linseed oil to finish or Stain if so desired
some Craft shops sell Designs on them for wood burning if you cant draw and you can also purchase them online too
also do the same idea but with
wood coasters round
or Square
and Create this
Here are a few examples of Recipe boxes
Now to make it magical protected put Runes / Sigils into it
put Spells on it or a Prayer or Blessing and enjoy
