Now Rome burned down overnight, though it took centuries to build. It takes time to build something good that is going to last. And once you build something worthwhile it then requires looking after and nurturing.

The right idea is to improve yourself a bit at a time. This way you get closer to the long far off goal of your worthy aims, the aim of perfection.

There is a way to use words in emails to empower or depower you. What you call yourself in the email name is important.
Your email name reflects what you think about yourself and who you are. In your email name never call yourself loser@, badboy@, or any other derogatory @ names in your email. It carries a negative energy and like rotten fruit only bears you bad luck. What you call yourself has a habit of manifesting in reality.
Right Speech
We all have the gift of speech and communication. The Buddha said right speech is one of the eight ways of the noble path.
Right speech is fair and uplifting. In the work environment some get pleasure from talking about others in a bad way, putting them down. They little know the effects of cheap talk and how it imprints its energy on the one who says it.
It is a good habit to say nice things about other people each day, not in a way to gain favor, but to use speech in a way that genuinely appreciates the gifts and talents of those around you.
